'Mick's Bitter' - an Australian style of beer, made with Ale, Wheat and Vienna malt - will feature at the show's two Wolf Creek Roadhouse pop-up bars in Melbourne from 5-8 May and Sydney from 11-14 May.
The brew has been named after Wolf Creek's main character, Michael 'Mick' Taylor, who is played by actor John Jarratt in the original movie as well as the new TV series. Guests at the pop-up events will not only be able to try Mick's Bitter but also meet the star himself, as well as Lucy Fry, who, as 19-year-old Eve, goes after Mick in an all-new, pot twist chase.
“The Wolf Creek story has become iconic in a very gruesome kind of way – you only need to think about that spine chilling laugh that John Jarratt has perfected in his character – but what inspires us most about Stan’s new TV series is the presence of a strong and empowered female heroine, so Mick’s Bitter also celebrates the strength, determination and resilience of her character,” said Danielle Allen, co-owner of Two Birds Brewing.
Guests will also be able to take photos of the show's official Mick Taylor F100 truck at the Wolf Creek Roadhouse pop-up bars and try other popular brews from Two Birds. Visit the website for more information.
