Veuve Clicquot has unveiled the ultimate Valentine's Day gift: a limited edition gift box of its rosé Champagne that allows purchasers to pre-record a voice message that plays when the recipient opens the box.
What you record – "Will you marry me?", "I love you", or yourself singing "Endless Love" – is really up to you.
After a successful limited edition release last year, "Clicq’call" is back on the market. Described as romance in a bottle, the rosé Champagne is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, then finished with red wine.
Clicqu'call is available for order via Dan Murphy's at $99 a bottle. The Dan's site notes: "Another classic from Veuve, this limited Edition Rosé is delicate with fine bubbles on the palate, which brings out the refreshing acidity and red fruits in the wine. Record a personal message for the recipient, offer them the very first voicemail packaging with a Clicquot Rosé bottle inside to delight their ears as well as their taste buds. Re-record as many times as you like, or or re-gift the packaging with your own memorable message!"
