Twenty-six years after the first event in Hong Kong and after an absence of 6 years, Vinexpo Asia returns to the city from 28 to 30 May.
Deeply honoured to be returning to Hong Kong, Rodolphe Lameyse, CEO of the Vinexposium group, states: “Building on Vinexpo Asia’s proven success in Singapore in 2023, Vinexposium continues to play a central part in the economic growth and vitality of the wine and spirits industry in Asia.
Vinexpo Asia is a premium trade show, 100% for the business, and is positioned as the industry’s unrivalled event for business development.
It will bring together 40 exhibiting countries, with Australia and China among the top 5. Lameyse is happy to report that Australia’s wine producers will be present in even greater numbers than at last year’s Singapore show.
The expected 1,300 producers and 10,000 trade visitors will gather at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, a prestigious venue in the heart of Hong Kong.
Vinexpo Asia will offer an unrivalled range of wines, including the WOW! Welcome to the Organic World area dedicated to organic and biodynamic wines.
The range of spirits and craft companies will be equally divided between international and French exhibitors. From whisky to mezcal, rum, sake, baijiu and non-alcoholic drinks, Vinexpo Asia will explore every type of on-trend product.
In the current difficult economic climate, Hong Kong is proving to be an exceptional success factor, offering a strategic geographic location, the diversity of neighbouring importing countries, and privileged access to the Mainland Chinese market.
Vinexpo Asia also plays an essential role in developing expertise, encouraging innovation and promoting excellence. The Vinexpo Academy will offer a rich programme of 55 masterclasses, conferences and major tastings to enable participants to learn, taste, exchange ideas and be inspired.
