Adelaide Hills producers Croser and 78 Degrees Distillery have collaborated ahead for a dreamy summertime release of two Sparkling Wines infused with botanicals chosen by the award winning distilling team, Croser NV X 78^o and Croser NV Rosé X 78^o.

Expertly co-crafted in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills region led by award-winning winemaker Teresa Heuzenroeder and 78 Degrees’ celebrated distiller Tim Gniel - Croser X 78 ^o represents a category-first and a creative collaboration between two iconic Australian brands.

“Croser X 78 ^o is unlike anything else that’s on the market and we are really excited to introduce this innovation to the current generation of sparkling enthusiasts and Croser fans. The vibrant range is perfect for those who want to experiment with their palate and experience a new type of premium sparkling – whatever the occasion may be,” says Jack Glover, Marketing Director, Accolade Wines.

The Croser X 78 ^o range is made using the meticulous ‘traditional method’, like Croser NV, however during the winemaking process bespoke botanicals crafted by 78 Degrees Distillery are added, providing a unique infusion of botanical aromas and flavours to the sparkling wine.

Croser is crafted in the cool climate Adelaide Hills, an area that produces some of Australia’s finest sparkling wines that rival Champagne. At the heart of Croser is sophistication, utilising handcrafted techniques and determination to create world-class sparkling, every time.

78 Degrees distiller Tim Gniel says the craft spirits producer has a similar ethos to Croser when it comes to innovation.
