Following the launch of the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake in Australia last month, Sydney Wine Academy has introduced a three-day short course, hoping to extend the reach to those who are unable to commit to the usual period of 8 weeks.

The new course will begin on October 19, running until October 21 in Sydney and will follow the same curriculum as the eight-week course.

Launched in response to an increasing interest in the category, the course, led by Yukino Ochiai – the only Level 3 Sake educator in Australia - will provide the opportunity to learn about the world of sake and its importance in today’s market.

There are only 15 places available, and at this stage, the short course is only available once a year. For enrolment, visit http://www.nsi.tafensw.edu.au
